Sliding door tracking refers to the top and bottom aluminium rails that your sliding screen door runs along, allowing it to open and close smoothly.
Our sliding screen doors are fitted with industry-standard top and bottom rollers, so suitable tracking is required to ensure the rollers fit correctly within the tracking channels and glide smoothly. Our sliding screen door system requires a top track, bottom track and a receiving channel for the door to close into. Please refer to diagrams below to determine suitable vs unsuitable tracking for our sliding door products.

If you’re unsure whether your existing tracks are compatible, please don't hesitate to contact us before ordering — unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns where existing tracking is not suitable. You can also take photos of your top & bottom tracks and email to info@seconline.com.au - one of our product specialists can advise you.
Need new tracking? Suitable tracking can be purchased via the product builder in the Addons Section. The top track and receiving channel will be supplied in the same colour as your selected door frame. The bottom track is supplied in a clear anodised aluminium finish. If you are purchasing new tracking, please note that additional height deductions must be applied when measuring your opening. Refer to Option 3 instructions in our sliding screen door measure guide.
Taking Measurements for new tracking
To measure for tracking, measure the full width of the door jamb for the top and bottom tracks and the full height of the door jamb for the receiving channel. These measurements can be entered in the Add-Ons section of the product builder. We recommend adding 20 mm to your measurements so they can be cut to size on site and installed accurately.
