Measuring & Deductions
Always measure from the outside looking in when providing the lock side for your screen door and measure the lock height from the bottom of the door.
The final measurements submitted to Seconline must be the make sizes for the screen new door. If measuring an existing door provide the exact sizes to the nearest millimetre. If measuring for a new door, follow the measuring videos provided within the Product Builder and the site will make the deductions for you.
If you are unsure at any point during the measuring/ordering process, please contact our office for clarification 1300 735 405 or use the Online Chat.
It is important you read our measurement information to ensure your product fits correctly. We manufacture to your exact measurements, please ensure you make your own deductions. We hold no responsibility if you have made incorrect measurements.
Door frame and grille colours displayed in the design stages of the Product Builder are not a true representation of the powdercoated aluminium frame colours, we have endeavoured to match them as closely as possible however we recommend you request a sample if you are not matching a known colour; colour selection remains the responsibility of the buyer.
Cut Down - In the event your product is too big and requires a cut down - we do offer a cut down service. For doors this is currently $100.00 plus freight to return the door to Seconline for repair and freight to return the door to you the customer. It is important to note that your product needs to be packaged in the same way it was received so to ensure it arrives at our factory safely. If the door does not arrive safely - the damage is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer refunds. If your product is damaged in transit we are responsible for the damage and will take the necessary steps to ensure you receive your product in perfect condition.
The standard manufacturing timeframe is currently 20 - 25 working days from the date of purchase; this timeframe may be extended for the following reasons:
During peak periods
After promotional events
Supplier stock shortages
Under any of these circumstances Seconline will contact the customer to advise of the delay and provide an estimated time of completion.
Freight - Due to COVID-19 freight delays should be expected due to a high volume of parcels in the delivery network Australia wide. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Once your order is custom made to your specifications it is then packaged for shipment direct to your requested shipping address via Regional Road Express. Once dispatched you will be sent a connote number; Regional Road Express do not offer an online tracking system to our customers, if you have any concerns that your freight has not arrived within the estimated timeframe listed below time (please take into account weekends and public holidays) contact us and quote the connote number provided.
Estimated transit times
Delivery instructions are required on order as there is only one delivery made by our couriers. Additional fees may be applied if more than one delivery is required.
